About Me
For a long time, I searched for words or labels that could truly express who I am and what I do. I used to feel uncertain, thinking I needed to find the "right" title to define myself and my journey forward. But over time, I’ve come to see that labels don’t serve us. They can limit who we are and what we’re capable of. In 2015, I made a intuitive decision that completely changed my life — I dedicated myself to sharing the wisdom of Eastern philosophy. And along the way, I realized something powerful: We are not defined by a title or a label. We are the living expression of the very wisdom we seek.
Through this journey, one truth has always stood out to me: true growth stems from embracing discomfort and accumulating experiences..
I’ve learned that the search for “certainty” can actually keep us stuck, because certainty is a myth — it can limit the soul's dharma and purpose. Life is uncertain, unpredictable, and precious. We have no guarantees — not of tomorrow, not of the ones we love, or even of ourselves.
So I chose not to live my life chasing certainty. Instead, I embraced the wild beauty of the unknown and realized that joy isn’t something fleeting; it’s a constant companion, available even in the most uncertain moments. There’s a kind of freedom in shedding everything that holds us back, allowing our bodies to move beyond logic and expectations. It’s in this open space, in the mystery of it all, that I continue to stay curious, stay present, and stay open to whatever unfolds.
